Refunds

Due to the nature of printed materials it is usually the case that we are unable to offer refunds on images after they have been printed, it is important to note that computer monitors vary and colours as they appear on your screen may vary once printed, your satisfaction is however our primary aim, and if you do have a complaint about an image please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will endeavour to assist where possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
